Job summary

Method is seeking a Technical Lead for CRM Experience in Toronto to drive end-to-end ownership of the CRM suite, deliver new apps and reusable components, and guide architecture across frontend, backend, and no-code foundations.

You will mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and partner with Product, Design, and QA to translate customer problems into cohesive experiences while shipping features rapidly in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in modern C#/.NET backend design and high-performance data access layers.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., SQS).
• Experience designing systems that support complex business logic and reusable engines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of new CRM apps and reusable components (Kanban, timelines, grids).
• Own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to rollout and iteration.
• Ensure automated testing, observability, and robust release practices.
• Build platform capabilities reusable across stock apps and customer customization.
• Architect event-driven patterns and integrate complex third-party APIs.
