Job summary

Method Integration is seeking a Technical Lead for CRM Experience to own and shape the CRM suite. You will guide architecture, ship major apps and reusable platform components, and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality software end-to-end.

You will work hands-on across React, C#/.NET, SQL, and No-code foundations, with AWS and SQS, as we scale AI-driven capabilities and no-code tooling for small businesses. This role offers a flexible hybrid model from downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in modern C#/.NET backend and Web APIs.
• Experience with React-based frontends and data access patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS, SQS, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of new CRM apps and reusable components.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to rollout and iteration.
• Drive testing, observability, and reliable release practices.
