Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to own the technical vision across the full stack for complex, enterprise-scale systems and AI-native delivery. You will lead by example, raise technical standards, and mentor engineers in a hybrid/remote Canada-based environment.

You will orchestrate frontend, backend, APIs, data layers, and cloud infrastructure, guiding teams of coding agents to deliver production-ready software with speed and scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering across the full stack with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js on frontend and Node.js on backend.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful/GraphQL APIs and scalable services.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale projects spanning UI, APIs, data, and cloud.
• Lead multiple teams; mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Architect AI-powered workflows and agent orchestration within a MACH ecosystem.
