Job summary

symplistic.ai in Vaughan, Ontario, is hiring a Technical Solutions & Delivery Manager to oversee client engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing support. You will coordinate engineering, AI, and consulting teams to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will lead our Canadian team, mentor engineers and consultants, assist with recruitment, and contribute technically when needed while presenting to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software implementation, consulting, or technical delivery projects.
• Strong software development experience with the ability to write production-quality code.
• Experience with Python, React and/or JavaScript/TypeScript (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM, Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3–4 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities

• Consulting Delivery & Project Management – Lead multiple client engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing support; manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Client Engagement & Pre-Sales – Lead customer meetings, workshops, and executive presentations; develop solution proposals with sales leadership.
• Lead Our Canadian Team – Provide day-to-day leadership for our Canadian team; mentor engineers and consultants; assist with recruiting and development.
• Technical Leadership – Review code and architectures; assist with solution design and planning; stay current on AI technologies.
