Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Exposure to automation workflows and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong familiarity with SaaS ecosystems across CRM, collaboration, HR, and ERP domains.
• Minimum scripting capabilities and Python knowledge.
• Comfort with low/no-code prototyping and developer collaboration.
• Awareness of compliance, security, and governance considerations in AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Use/configure AI tools and apply prompt engineering.
• Build low-fidelity prototypes and develop proofs-of-concept.
• Understand and apply AI/ML fundamentals in generative AI.
• Work with APIs for integrating AI solutions.
• Define and track success metrics, adoption, and outcomes.
