Google Canada in Vancouver is seeking an AI Partner Solutions Manager for the Google Cloud Marketplace. You will shape the roadmap, recruit and co-innovate with partners, and enable enterprise customers to procure and govern AI solutions confidently.

The role requires deep cloud marketplace knowledge, AI agent experience, and executive-level influence across engineering, product, and business teams. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this leadership position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience with technology, including in a hyperscaler cloud marketplace with a focus on software licensing, procurement, and governance.
IaaS/PaaS/SaaS market knowledge including B2B software ecosystems, lifecycle management, and cloud-based technologies.
AI agent and infrastructure experience including familiarity with user experiences and the economics of agentic systems.
MBA or equivalent preferred, along with experience managing complex enterprise products through scale distribution platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with product teams to translate business priorities into product direction across multiple experiences, using usage telemetry and user research.
Focus on high-value enterprise problems using an evidence-based approach grounded in a deep understanding of competitive experiences.
Improve end-user discoverability and ease of use to deliver measurable business value improvements.
Unblock enterprise procurement by building controls that enable governance and trust without sacrificing usability.
Launch capabilities that allow Google to recruit and co-innovate with partners, enabling customer choice and scale through Marketplace’s distribution and economics advantages.
Turn commercial and operational constraints into differentiated value for customers, partners, and Google.
Set roadmap priorities and drive customer adoption while enabling ecosystem scale across the Google Cloud Marketplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional peers across engineering, product, business, and partner stakeholders, driving operational excellence in a rapidly changing environment
