Job summary

Google Toronto, ON, Canada seeks an AI Outcome Customer Developer to bridge pre-sales and post-sales execution for strategic AI accounts. You will architect integrations, review code contexts, and guide delivery with enterprise-grade AI solutions within the Forward Deployed Development framework.

You will collaborate with account teams, influence technical stakeholders, and translate complex issues into business impact, aligning with Google’s AI portfolio and Vertex AI platform.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience interfacing with product or development organizations on technical delivery.
• Experience in system design or reading code (Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and secure integration of models and connectors.
• Dive into code-level context to diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues.
• Collaborate with Product and developing teams, translating field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy through architectural foresight while delivering for customer-facing teams.
• Partner with account teams during technical evaluation phases to shape proposals and adoption.
