Job summary

Superior Propane in Canada is seeking a strategic AI & Automation Manager to lead the design, governance, and delivery of intelligent automation across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this hands-on role drives opportunities, builds scalable workflows, and aligns AI initiatives with business growth while promoting a zero-harm, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing operations, automation, or related area.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, and revenue process optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, workflow orchestration tools, APIs, integration technologies, and low-code/no-code solutions; Salesforce Agentforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI and automation strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and develop business cases, plans, and success criteria.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend investments, pilots, and adoption opportunities.
• Establish governance for responsible AI usage, data stewardship, security, and compliance.
• Partner with Data, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and capability development.
• Architect, build, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows for campaigns, lead management, and reporting.
• Translate pain points into practical automation solutions using marketing platforms, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Design resilient workflows with data quality, error handling, monitoring, and maintainability.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and refine automation.
• Maintain documentation and lifecycle management for automation assets.
• Lead training and enablement to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.
