Job summary

Vidyard is seeking an AI Marketing Operations Manager to lead AI-driven demand generation initiatives. You will own signal-based campaigns, lifecycle automation, and orchestration across data warehouse, Marketo, Salesforce, and Clay.

You’ll build and monitor AI-enabled automations, diagnose breakdowns, and implement scalable workflows that power both PLG and SLG motions. This remote-first role is Canada-based.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or GTM at a tech company.
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end automation workflows across platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven GTM workflows and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of multi-touch nurture and lifecycle programs across PLG and SLG motions.
• Build and manage lead scoring models and engagement logic; own data quality and form lifecycle assets.
• Design AI-driven automation that turns product usage and account signals into triggered plays.
