The role blends creative production, experimentation, performance marketing, and analytics with hands-on execution and autonomy, moving ideas from concept to live experiments without heavy design or dev support. Ontario-based, remote-friendly position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing with results.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production.
• Portfolio showing landing pages and ads you produced.
• Strong marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Excellent written English for clear marketing content.
• Independent, self-directed and curious about AI.
• Experience with paid social and paid search is a plus.
• Startup or early-stage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn concepts into finished advertising creative for Google and Meta.
• Build landing pages with AI-powered tools and refine quality.
• Create brand-consistent imagery and video using AI tools.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across assets.
• Design and run A/B tests across pages and creatives.
• Define hypotheses and measurement approaches before tests.
• Analyze results and iterate based on learnings.
• Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
