• Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Identifying customer needs and developing customized farming and commercial solutions
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with farm clients
• Driving relationship management through sales and marketing strategies and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Assisting with member relations events and activities and completing required documentation
