Job summary

Autismservices in Broadview, Saskatchewan is seeking an Agronomist to join the Agro Department. The role provides agronomic support, services, and recommendations to growers and customers, helping ensure sustainable operations while identifying sales and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with the Agro Team to disseminate knowledge, advise on crop protection and fertility, and work with clients to optimize farm profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture or Agribusiness.
• CCA or PAg certifications or working toward them are assets.
• 3–5 years of experience in agriculture-related field (retail, fertility, and crop protection) required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Intuitive understanding of farm business management.
• Strong background in sales, account management, and agronomy.
• Sound knowledge of new technology developments in the industry.
• Honesty, trustworthiness, results-orientation, and drive to excel are essential.
