Job summary

Autismservices is seeking a Sales Associate responsible for the day-to-day execution of departmental tasks and planning direction. You will aim to meet budgeted sales, margins, expenses, and inventory goals and execute strategies that support the company's vision.

Focus on growing sales of ag equipment and maintaining customer relationships with both new and existing clients. You will travel within the sales area, operate a forklift as needed, and work in an environment that values timely

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is preferred.
• Must hold valid class 5 licence, clean drivers abstract, able to read a map and follow specific instructions.
• Position classified as a Safety Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to pre-employment Alcohol & Substance testing as a condition of employment.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day tasks of the department.
• Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support the Local Co-ops vision.
• Grow sales of ag equipment (bins, augers, livestock equipment, fuel tanks and poly tanks) and achieve targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Operate forklift as required and travel within the sales area to meet customers.

Focus on growing sales of ag equipment (bins, augers, livestock equipment, fuel tanks and poly tanks) and achieving agreed upon sales targets, while also maintaining new and existing customers. Operate forklift as required. Travel is required within sales area.
