Dauphin Consumers Co-op Ltd. is seeking an Agro Manager to lead the Dauphin Agro location within the Agro Team.

Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, you will oversee operations, programs and policies to meet goals, while guiding a team and coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in agriculture, strong communication and organizational skills, and hands-on problem solving in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in an agricultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with crop production cycles and agricultural best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee agro location operations and programs.
• Lead recruitment, goal setting, performance management and team development.
• Coordinate inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and production data; report measurables.
