Formación

• 1+ years’ Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Training in Agro/Hardware/Lumber sales considered an asset.
• Class 5 Drivers License required.

Job Description

What you’ll do:You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:

• Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
• Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project estimation.
• Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management.
• Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Agro Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching
• Business to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimations
• Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins
• Staying knowledgeable of Lumber and a variety of product information

Who you are: You are interested in a career in sales & customer service and:

You have a High School diploma

Class 5 Drivers License

Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program

Project estimating education/experience is an asset

Training in Agro/Hardware/Lumber sales considered an asset

• 1+ years’ Supervisory experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service Skills
• You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
• You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
