Job summary

Clearview Co-op in Steinbach, MB is seeking a Senior Manager of Petroleum & Agro Operations to lead the Agro Center and bulk petroleum teams from our Administration Office. This role focuses on strategic planning, pricing, and staff development to drive growth in a community-focused cooperative.

You will manage budgets, training, and performance, while collaborating with senior leadership to deliver sustainable, customer-centered results.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B sales, including 5 years of experience leading technical or professional staff.
Experience in bulk petroleum and agronomy considered an asset.
Experience overseeing and monitoring client satisfaction levels.
Ability to maximize operational efficiency through controlling costs and increasing sales and margin.
Degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the senior leadership team in establishing the organization’s strategic plans and annual objectives.
Provide leadership to the Agro Center team, bulk petroleum delivery team, and the bulk petroleum sales teams.
Promote sustainability into the future and allow for continued growth.
Oversee commercial and Agro fuel pricing.
Ensure effective training in customer service, policies, procedures, and culture.
Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Review monthly income statements to ensure expense control and establish goals.
Develop and present plans for capital projects including land, buildings, equipment, and acquisitions.
