This role requires deep knowledge of cereals, oilseeds and pulses, strong communication skills and the ability to translate science into practical recommendations. Expect 50–80% travel and a collaborative, growth‑focused team.

Qualifications

• Agriculture degree (or combined experience) with 3+ years in crop protection sales in Western Canada.
• Strong knowledge of cereals, oilseeds and pulses is preferred.
• Understanding of Canadian crop protection industry required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and reputation of Gowan Canada in South Central Alberta.
• Develop relationships with retailers, growers, agronomists, and influencers.
• Deliver technical trainings on the Gowan portfolio.
• Manage the sales region P&L and meet sales objectives.
• Align portfolio with customer needs and market changes.
• Travel within territory 50–80%.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategy.
