Job summary

Gowan Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Southern Alberta and Southwest Saskatchewan. You will be the face of the company in the region, building trusted relationships with growers, retailers, and influential industry contacts while delivering technical training on the Gowan portfolio.

The ideal candidate has an agriculture-related degree with Western Canada crop protection experience, strong communication skills, and a self-driven team player mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for agriculture and strong communication with growers and partners.
• Experience in Western Canada crop protection market is preferred.
• Ability to travel 50–80% within the territory and to develop key relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and reputation of Gowan Canada in Southern Alberta/Southwest Saskatchewan.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify large growers and understand needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with influential stakeholders in the territory.
• Deliver technical trainings on Gowan portfolio to growers, agronomists, and influencers.
• Meet sales objectives while supporting grower strategy and portfolio alignment.
• Listen to market changes and adapt strategies to local needs.
• Represent the company with professionalism and drive in the southern prairies.
• Other duties as assigned by the South Prairies Sales Manager.
