Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, parts, service coordination, or a related role.
• Experience with work orders, warranty claims, invoicing, or Parts is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and internal service inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Open and maintain work orders with accurate customer, unit, and job information.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate job priorities and requirements.
• Prepare service quotes and communicate job status and updates.
• Coordinate parts requirements and communicate availability to technicians.
• Review completed work and address customer concerns to close work orders promptly.
• Support productivity and service KPIs.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule as required.
• Maintain records, logs, and required documentation.
• Coordinate traffic, loaner, and related paperwork.
• Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments.
