In this role you will conduct product demonstrations, present proposals, negotiate terms, and stay ahead of industry trends to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, post-secondary education in agriculture or business, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Our Redhead Equipment sales department in the Estevan branch has an exciting career opportunity for an Agriculture Equipment Salesperson.

At Redhead Equipment we do “Whatever It Takes” to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agriculture Equipment Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of agricultural equipment, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Abilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest agricultural equipment technologies and trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase equipment features and advantages.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
