At New Era Ag Technologies, we provide high-value crop inputs and advanced agronomic services across North East Saskatchewan. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Retail Sales & Agronomy Lead to spearhead our market expansion and take on a true leadership role within our business.

You know the industry. You understand local producers. You’ve built strong relationships, but you’re ready for real autonomy, greater earnings, and a clear voice in building a business - without the headache and financial risk of starting from scratch.

If you’re an ambitious ag professional ready to move beyond corporate bureaucracy and into a role where your work has visible impact and meaningful long-term opportunity, we’d like to talk.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a strong portfolio of farm clients across North East Saskatchewan.
  • Lead Agronomic Services: Deliver high-level field scouting, crop planning, precision agronomy, and custom product recommendations.
  • Drive Business Operations: Oversee retail logistics, product procurement, inventory, and strategic input pricing (including prepay, booking, and in-season programs).
  • Guide Strategy & Growth: Work directly with business leadership to develop long-term growth initiatives, team capability, and market expansion.
What You Bring:
  • Proven Sales & Network: A strong track record in agricultural sales and established relationships with growers in Western Canada.
  • Solid Agronomic Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of crop inputs, agronomy, and regional growing conditions.
  • Professional Credentials (or Path to Get There): Member of (or eligible for) the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists (P.Ag / Tech Ag) and/or CCA certification (or willingness to achieve).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to continue growing – not just professionally but personally.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation: [ Insert Base Salary Range Here ]
