Qualifications

• Diploma in business required.
• Two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Work with Relationship Managers to identify client needs.
• Answer inquiries thoroughly and professionally.
• Provide front desk support and assist with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate office needs to prevent issues from impacting operations.
