Qualifications

• Certified trade in agriculture equipment or heavy‑duty mechanics.
• 5+ years of diagnostics and service repairs experience.
• Experience servicing John Deere equipment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; Service Advisor and/or Service Center an asset.
• Physically capable to lift at least 75 lbs and holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Service repairs and maintenance in field and shop.
• Build strong relationships with customers, junior technicians, and location staff.
• Lead by example and support a strong team environment.
• Troubleshoot to deliver high quality service with minimal errors.
