Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing agricultural, automotive, heavy equipment, or related mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of engines, electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics and powertrain.
• Ability to use diagnostic software and basic computer functions.
• Commitment to ongoing technical training and professional development.
• Experience with John Deere or similar equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair and maintain equipment with focus on customer service.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Complete repairs accurately with clear service documentation.
• Stay current on John Deere and other equipment supported by the dealership.
• Participate in manufacturer and dealer training to grow skills.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and other technicians to support customers.
