Job summary

Sofina Foods Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Agribusiness Performance to apply disciplined analytics and entrepreneurial insights to elevate business performance. The role supports planning improvements, grower engagement, and a rolling 5-year capacity plan across multiple plants and hatcheries.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field, 7+ years in manufacturing (CPG preferred), and expertise in ERP systems plus Power BI. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain management or related field.
• 7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated solid business acumen and sound decision-making skills.
• Thoroughness, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling required.
• Ability to implement Power BI analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized KPIs and a rolling 5-year capacity plan to drive performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across plants, hatcheries, engineering, and finance to justify resource investments.
• Improve reporting tools and data suites to enable timely, fact-based decisions.
• Identify cost drivers and implement optimization initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
• Support major projects with strong business cases and measurable benefits.
