Agri-Flow Equipment & Supply Ltd. is seeking a motivated individual to join our Parts Department as a Parts Technician. If you enjoy working with customers and have an interest in agriculture, equipment, mechanical parts, or hydraulics, we want to hear from you.

We welcome both experienced technicians and those willing to learn. You will assist customers with identifying and sourcing parts, process orders, support inventory, and collaborate with Service and Sales.

Qualifications

• Previous parts experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Mechanically inclined or interested in learning about equipment and components.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with identifying and sourcing the parts they need, process parts orders, work with suppliers, maintain accurate inventory, and support our Service and Sales departments.
• Support our Parts Department which includes agricultural equipment parts, bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, industrial hose and fittings, and more.

The Role:

As a Parts Technician, you will assist customers with identifying and sourcing the parts they need, process parts orders, work with suppliers, maintain accurate inventory, and support our Service and Sales departments.

Our Parts Department supports a wide variety of products, including agricultural equipment parts, bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, industrial hose and fittings, and much more.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday; hours may vary seasonally. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Wage: Based on experience and qualifications.
