Job summary

Robert's Equipment in Walton, ON is seeking an Agriculture Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment in shop and field settings.

The role offers hands-on work, customer interaction, and ongoing manufacturer training, with a pay range of CAD 35–40 per hour and bi-weekly bonus pay plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy equipment in a shop environment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at its best.
• Test, adjust, and rebuild components (engines, PTOs, axles, and more).
• Weld and fabricate parts when needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timelines, and solutions.
• Create accurate repair quotes and maintain detailed service records.
• Keep workspace, tools, and company vehicles in top shape.
• Continue learning through manufacturer training and certifications.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different, but in this role you'll:

• Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy equipment in a shop environment

Required:

• Diploma or Certificate in Heavy Equipment or Agriculture Equipment Technician (or equivalent experience)
• Valid G Driver's License
