Nasdaq, Inc. in Toronto, Ontario seeks an Agile Scrum Master who will report to an AVP and drive Agile delivery for a high-visibility Index Technology team. As an Agile Scrum Master reporting to the AVP, Index Technology Delivery Manager at Nasdaq, you'll play a key role on the Index Technology team. You will use your expertise in Agile and Scrum to remove obstacles, facilitate high-quality product delivery, and coordinate with the product owner and development team to plan sprints, manage risks, and track progress toward project goals. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to Agile practices, are essential for this position.
This position is based in Toronto, Canada offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $91,000 - $129,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
