Nasdaq is hiring an AI Engineer Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI systems powering Nasdaq Lens. You will own end-to-end development, from concept through production, collaborating with product and client teams to deliver new AI capabilities monthly.
The role emphasizes scaling AI system and agent development, deployment on AWS, and maintaining data pipelines and databases to keep agent knowledge up to date. Hybrid work in Toronto is available.
As an AI Engineer Specialist reporting to the Sr. Director of Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying the AI systems and agents that power Nasdaq Lens - owning them end to end, from development through production.

The primary focus of the role is continuous AI system and agent development, followed by deployment and operation in AWS, with additional responsibility for supporting the platform's database and data-processing layer.
This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
