The role operates from our regional marketing office, handling inbound inquiries and coordinating equipment movements to maximize reservations and service efficiency. The position emphasizes courteous customer interactions, accurate inventory management, and collaboration with centers and dealers.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming U-Haul equipment to rental facilities to fill every confirmed reservations
• Assist in controlling rental equipment inventories within the assigned marketing company geographic area
• Update, review, and audit inventory reports
• Assist centers and dealers with reservations and additional tasks
• Schedule U-Box routes for customers in local area
