Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to deliver outstanding customer service while coordinating reservation placement and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams and dealerships with on-site equipment and reservation management, and have opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, your primary focus will be supporting customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment.

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:
