Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment to meet demand and balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to ensure proper equipment placement, reservations and contract accuracy.
• Assist with U-Haul’s U-Box portable storage product.
