Job summary

Groupe Marketing International is seeking a Technical Support Agent to be the frontline contact for users of our electric vehicle charging stations. You will resolve questions and guide customers through payments and the App.

You will maintain knowledge of the App and charging hardware, demonstrate empathy, clarify needs, and deliver an expert, friendly customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers on-site work with modern offices in Laval.

Qualifications

• College degree completed or specialized in pertinent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or customer service and/or call center.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office).
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Responsibilities
