Job summary

Ingram Micro Canada is seeking an Afternoon Operations Supervisor to lead the outbound warehouse team and guide daily operations from 12:30pm to 9:00pm. You will drive KPIs, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with partners to meet client objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of shift supervision, with strong knowledge of warehouse operations and Lean principles. Shift premium is provided and health and safety compliance is critical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of shift supervisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and health and safety.
• Lean principles knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and improve performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and supervise the assigned team to meet productivity, quality goals and client objectives.
• Lead hourly associates, ensuring KPIs and safety standards are achieved.
• Assist in implementing and adhering to company objectives, policies and plans.
• Evaluate site operations against quality and safety standards, and Lean principles.
• Communicate effectively with partners, customers and site staff.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks based on volumes and priorities.
• Monitor performance, attendance and provide ongoing feedback and development.
