Job summary

Piller's Fine Foods is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the afternoon shift (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM). You will supervise distribution and shipping teams, ensure accurate loading/unloading and temperature-controlled compliance, and support inventory and safety programs.

The role requires post-secondary education in Supply Chain/Logistics (asset) and 2-3 years related experience; forklift license and TMS knowledge are preferred. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and customer service oriented.
Experience in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment is an asset.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Must be computer literate (ERP, Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to use web-based programs.
Flexible schedule and ability to work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Supervise distribution and shipping/receiving teams for timely, efficient operations.
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule on trucks and address repairs.
Ensure inbound/outbound loads are scanned and verified per documents and temperature requirements.
Assist inventory checks and investigate discrepancies through counts.
Maintain a safe working environment per company policy.
