Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The role oversees safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy, leading warehouse team members and supporting plans for receiving, warehousing, and shipping to meet service and cost objectives. The position requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, supervisory capability, and strong computer skills including Excel.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Supervisory or team lead experience.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead employee management and development for warehouse team members.
Engage employment agency regarding temporary labour.
Train and coach employees on WMS systems and act as a subject matter expert.
Work closely with staff on all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations for the assigned account.
Help drive goals, targets, productivity, and performance standards.
Conduct regular formal employee reviews and informal feedback discussions for staff within area of responsibility.
Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and provide exemplary customer service.
Ensure KPIs are achieved for customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure employees are trained and aware of all standard operating procedures and best practices.
Run various operational reports, including labour planning for the team.
Support inventory accuracy through follow-up on discrepancies, product movement, and warehouse processes.
Promote and enforce safe work practices and ensure team members follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
Create a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
