Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee team activities on shift, ensuring standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience. Rates depend on availability and experience. Team Members can also be hired and trained to the position through our Management Training Program.

Our Afternoon or PM Supervisor Shifts are generally 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Applicants should be reliable and available for full shifts on four or more consecutive days.

Qualifications

• Food Service Experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in an on-the-go setting.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members on shift to ensure standards around people, product and cleanliness.
• Maintain Exceptional Guest Experience during shifts.
• Be available for PM shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm) and support scheduling as needed.

An ability to accept, promote and maintain Tim Hortons strict standards is essential.

Our "Afternoon" or "PM" Supervisor Shifts are generally 3:00pm too 11:30pm.
