Lassonde in Canada seeks a Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift at our food manufacturing facility. You will lead the production team to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality output and the achievement of KPIs.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues affecting performance, promote a strong safety culture, and coach employees through training and shift handovers. Lean principles and HACCP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (food/beverage preferred).
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Lean concepts knowledge and experience with execution.
• Food safety regulations, HACCP and OH&S standards preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee afternoon production operations and quality control, ensuring efficient workflow and KPI achievement while maintaining food safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure production schedules are met and adjusted in real time as needed.
• Monitor output and identify opportunities for improvement; collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Promote safety culture, training, hazard assessments, and clean, sanitary production environments.
