Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
• Strong maintenance, troubleshooting and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate resources across shifts.
• Ensure cGMP compliance, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for technicians.
• Control maintenance spend within department budgets.
• Manage on-site contractors and coordinate with external teams.
