Job summary

Lactalis Canada is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Brampton plant, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will lead shift teams, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced dairy environment.

The role requires a college diploma in Food Science or Engineering, 2+ years of supervision in food manufacturing, HACCP exposure, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supervising food production.
• College diploma or university degree in Food Science or Engineering.
• Experience leading dairy or related food manufacturing teams.
• HACCP exposure preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Ensure GMP and SOP compliance.
• Manage safety, health, and safety program elements.
• Oversee sanitation and start-up activities.
