Access Healthcare Services inc. is seeking Client Services Coordinators to join the after-hours team in Ottawa. The role focuses on scheduling field staff, coordinating with clients, families, and care providers, and ensuring smooth after-hours operations.

Part-time and full-time positions are available with evening shifts 4pm-8pm and alternating weekend shifts. Bilingual English/French is required; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred and data accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• College diploma in General Office or Business Administration is an asset.
• 0–1 year of Office, Medical Administration and/or Scheduling experience is required.
• Course in Medical Terminology would be an asset.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and schedule field staff according to urgent client care needs during after-hours.
• Coordinate communication between field staff, clients, families, service providers and Home and Community Care Support Services.
• Answer phones after hours and escalate non-urgent concerns to primary client service coordinators.
• Use scheduling software to fill urgent vacant shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of care provider availability and ensure schedules follow policies.
• Dispatch on-call nurse as needed.
• Enter all critical information into the system for follow-up and documentation.
