PepsiCo Canada is offering an AFH Sales Leadership Program in Mississauga for new grads eager to learn the business from the ground up and grow within a leading food and beverage company.

In this program you will gain hands-on experience in Away From Home channels, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and work with AFH teams, key accounts and customers to drive volume and profitability across your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed between August 2026 and April 2027.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gaining in market experience to learn the business from the ground up.
• Grow volume, revenue and profitability through problem solving.
• Collaborate with AFH team, key accounts and customers to meet demands within your territory.
• Own all aspects of your territory and grow your business.
• Prospecting and acquiring new Away From Home accounts using data & tools.
• Build current business base by responding to customer calls and resolving issues.
• Identify and align internal resources required to support account execution.
