PepsiCo Canada invites high-potential graduates to join the Sales Leadership Program, a career accelerator designed to build foundational leadership capabilities through hands-on onboarding and cross-functional exposure.

You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Teams to learn our business and drive strategic sales initiatives, with opportunities to coach others and shape future leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completing within the last two years.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven problem-solving and collaboration capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up through a robust onboarding program.
• Lead teams, coach and develop others, and build early people leadership skills.
• Influence business results by partnering with customers to execute sales strategies and promotions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Teams to understand operations and wins.
• Understand PepsiCo’s go-to-market strategies, including Direct to Store Delivery and Warehouse Distribution.
• Grow volume, revenue, and profitability through analytical business reviews.
