Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of management experience in aerospace/manufacturing, with English proficiency to liaise with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Aeronautics, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of management experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership with ability to manage teams; strong commitment to quality and service excellence.
• Working knowledge of English in a French-speaking environment for reading plans and communicating with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a high‑tech environment.
• Train, schedule, assign tasks and evaluate performance of staff.
• Engage and energize the team to meet KPIs including health, safety, quality and on‑time delivery.
• Contribute to budget development and recruitment processes.
