Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking an experienced Advanced Industrialisation Lead to define sourcing and manufacturing strategies for new engine components, assemblies and testing. You will ensure industrial maturity, supplier readiness, and alignment with program timelines across global sites in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires strategic thinking, risk-based decision making, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex supplier networks while driving cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in aerospace, supply chain, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management for aerospace engine components or industrialisation.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials; familiarity with regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and manufacturing activities for engine components, modules, assembly, testing, and tooling systems.
• Define make/buy/partner strategies for new components.
• Develop dual- and multi-sourcing strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Negotiate long-term agreements and pricing with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk-sharing models for industrial development projects.
• Engage suppliers and internal sites early to optimize design, manufacturability, and cost.
