Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil seeks a senior engineering leader to steer an IPT module, translating system requirements into robust engine designs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Proven communication and leadership skills across stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine engines across engineering disciplines.
• Proven technical leadership with minimal guidance to customers.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and achieve product design requirements.
• Manage IPT to meet program objectives with stakeholders.
• Lead design verification, validation, and certification activities.
• Provide strategic direction while controlling scope, schedule, budget.
• Evaluate scope changes for schedule and cost impact.
• Support Program Directors/Managers as required.
