Job summary

Horizon Aircraft, Inc. is hiring an Opportunities Manager in Canada to own end-to-end commercial opportunities for the Cavorite X7 platform.

You will qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and coordinate with engineering, program management, and finance to prepare proposals and pricing information. You will build strong relationships with prospective customers, produce forecasts for executive leadership, and support LOI development in a fast-paced startup environment where aviation and eVTOL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inside sales, sales operations or business development in aerospace/capital equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales opportunity pipeline in the CRM with up-to-date records.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and prioritize opportunities by fit and revenue potential.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to gather technical and pricing information for proposals.
• Prepare opportunity briefs and forecast updates for leadership.
• Support development of proposals, quotes, and LOIs with accurate materials.
• Monitor competitive activity and share insights with the Commercial team.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to senior sales leadership for negotiations.
