Job summary

Definity Financial Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Learning Programs to own the design, delivery and evolution of enterprise learning initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of programs, partner with business leaders and SMEs, and deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and business impact.

You will collaborate with HR, external providers and leaders to ensure engaging, accessible and impactful learning experiences, while measuring outcomes and continuously improving.

Qualifications

• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proven ability to design, develop and evaluate learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for virtual and in-person delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder partnership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience delivering corporate learning programs and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into scalable learning programs.
• Design, develop and deliver learning solutions, communication plans and reinforcement strategies.
• Facilitate engaging virtual, in-person and blended sessions.
• Partner with leaders, HR, SMEs and external providers to deliver opportunities aligned to outcomes.
• Measure program effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics and trends.
• Ensure content is accessible, inclusive and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Travel as needed to support learning delivery (approximately 10%).
