YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Talent and Culture, the HR and Culture Advisor plays an influential role in achieving an inclusive and collaborative culture. In a consulting role, the incumbent advises and acts as a supportive business partner to managers and as a collaborator for the human resources team and staff members. More specifically, the incumbent is responsible for:
