Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Campus Recruitment Advisor to attract and engage top emerging talent across Canada. You will lead campus recruitment for internships, co-ops, and new graduate roles, and build strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.

You will travel across Canada (~25%), collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies, support onboarding and intern experience, and contribute to employer branding aimed at students and early-career talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally campus or early-career recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) across Canada.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across Canada.
• Experience in construction or engineering is an asset, but not required.
